That was five years ago. “I used to watch Ryan and Ellen talk all morning long and thought, ‘I could do that’ and I now I am,” Mihalsky tells FishbowlLA.

The now 24-year-old built his radio show from the ground up, called advertisers and markets himself offering them his original daily content. And now FoxRock Syndication Services has Tim’s show on their roster.

The lesson here: Never give up and always be nice to your interns. They may have a national platform one day.
