The United Talent Agency has signed a new 15-year lease with Tishman Speyer for 120,000 square feet of office space at 9336-9346 Civic Center Drive in Beverly Hills.

The Hollywood Reporter first broke the news last week. If the address rings a bell, it’s because the talent agency is moving to the same complex as Playboy, which announced earlier this month it was moving in 2012.

The UTA has spent the last 20 years at 9560 Wilshire Blvd.

“After 20 great years on Wilshire we are excited to have a new campus that will allow for our continued growth and provide an enhanced environment for our colleagues and clients,” the UTA board of directors said in a joint statement. “UTA Plaza will offer all the amenities we have been looking for, as well as foster a sense of community for UTA.”

Oops! The L.A. Times is retracting the erroneous Tupac story from its website because it “relied heavily on information that The Times no longer believes to be credible.” Um… shouldn’t they have done that back on March 17?

Oops! Remember when UCLA said that employees’ snooping into Britney Spears’ and Farah Fawcett’s medical records was an anomaly? Not so much. So far, the snoop is said to have checked out the records of 32 celebrities. Maybe it’s just us, but we don’t want to know that much about stars’ urinary tract infections.

Oops! United Talent Agency lost “a trio of partners representing some of the best-known comedy actors and filmmakers in Hollywood” to Endeavor over the weekend. It’s gonna be an awkward at the Grill today.

UTA and advertising agency Spot Runner have teamed up to launch 60Frames Entertainment, a company that will finance and syndicate professionally-produced online content. UTA’s Brent Weinstein will helm.
