Upward, Dog: Yoga Journal Seeks Senior Editor

Here’s the perfect gig for all of you mind-body fanatics out there. Yoga Journal is looking for a new senior editor to work from its San Francisco office.

In this role, you’ll conceptualize, assign, and edit pieces for the entire magazine, while working on fun, fresh packaging ideas. You will be expected to maintain editorial standards and style for the book and its digital properties, including its iPad edition and blogs.

To be considered, you’ll need three to five years of experience as an assigning editor and writer. You should be proficient in InDesign, and be able to inspire and lead your staff while adhering to stringent deadlines. Naturally, you should be immersed in yoga culture and lifestyle. Interested?
