Access Hollywood is breaking the news that Whitney Houston is finally kicking Bobby Brown’s worthless ass to the curb. The press release says:

The source says legal documents were filed Friday and that Bobby Brown was served with those documents yesterday. Houston plans to officially file for divorce in October.

Fourteen years, one child, a reality show and countless tears later–let’s have a moment of silence out of respect for all the paparazzi soon to be even richer.
