02138 Pegs Hayman and Lois to Design Re-Launch

02138gg.jpg02138, the Harvard magazine recently bought up by Manhattan Media, and currently being prepped for a re-launch later this year (maybe it will even appeal to a wider audience than those people who attended the same six schools, or one can hope) by former Village Voice editor David Blum has tapped Pentagram designer Luke Hayman and legendary Esquire cover designer George Lois (see a collection of his covers here) to head up the magazine’s re-design.

According to Folio Hayman will oversee the magazine’s redesign while Lois will be in charge of creating the cover for the Winter 2008 relaunch issue, which will feature the magazine’s annual ranking of the college’s top 100 living alumni (hmmm, any chance the Spitzers will figure into it somehow?)
