A Look At What The Editor-in-Chief of Bon Appétit Eats

Ever wonder what someone like Adam Rapoport, Editor-in-Chief at Bon Appétit, eats? Well even if you don’t, Grub Street New York  had Rapoport disclose his eating habits over a few days and we promise it’s more interesting than your typical morning of emailing your horoscope to your friends with subjects like “OMG this is sooo true!”

Rapoport was Style Editor at GQ before being hired at Bon Appétit in October. In addition to his daily duties, Rapoport has been in charge of helping move the magazine’s editorial offices from Los Angeles to New York, so his food diary covers both cities.

Some highlights from the article: He thinks good Italian food involves massive amounts of olive oil and salt, Jif is his preferred peanut butter and Roberta’s in Bushwick not only plays quality hip-hop, they make a mean brussels sprouts pizza as well. So yes, mark Roberta’s as FishbowlNY approved.
