Inspired, students at New York's AdHouse Advertising School created faux advertising campaigns to lure New Yorkers — particularly starving artists — to relocate to Philly. The students recently presented some of the mock ads to a Philadelphia ad agency. And while the agency doesn't plan on using them, some Philadelphians think the city should.
