Art Bell Returns to the Radio Airwaves

George Noory and Coast to Coast, rulers of the late night paranormal AM radio airwaves, have some new, familiar competition. Art Bell, creator of the Coast to Coast franchise, is back on the air via SiriusXM starting tonight with Art Bell’s Dark Matter, a live three-hour call-in show.

The program can be heard on Channel 104 (a.k.a. Indie) from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. ET / 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. PT. Bell will host the show from his home studio in Pahrump, Nevada, not too far from the recently officially confirmed Area 51.

Bell hosted radio shows while serving in the Air Force in Vietnam and eventually found his way to a Las Vegas station, from which Coast to Coast was spawned. He retired from the show several times and finally disassociated himself from Coast to Coast for good in 2010. Tonight’s scheduled SiriusXM guests include Professor Michio Kaku.
