A Photographer Alec Baldwin Absolutely Loves [Corrected]

As the latest cover of Hamptons-focused Modern Luxury magazine Beach plainly and spectacularly reminds, Alec Baldwin is a very lucky man. Pictured are wife Hilaria and the couple’s newborn daughter Carmen.

We thought it was worth helping proud papa make some favorable photographer news for a change. The cover was shot by Andrew Werner*; per a brief write-up by NYC Confidential of the Winter/Holiday issue launch party, Baldwin has requested a poster-size print of the cover photo for framing. Who can blame him?

And just who is this Werner? A talented and experienced fellow. From the busy photographer’s website bio:

Werner was born and raised on Long Island. He studied photojournalism, but his focus quickly shifted to projects with both aspiring and experienced models for fashion and editorial shoots…

Werner’s work has been featured in Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE, the New York Post, ABC.com, InTouch… and The Village Voice, where he was named on the Bravest and Best Photographers in New York of 2010.

The accompanying article is a Q&A with Hilaria Baldwin, done by actress Mariska Hargitay. Read it here.

*Correction (January 31):
We should have known something was up when we looked at the accompanying Beach article and saw there that the credit for another photo was Carlos Ruiz. Despite the crediting of Andrew Werner as the cover photographer in a third-party newspaper item sourced by the author, Werner DID NOT shoot the above image. That credit, and designation of a photographer beloved by Mr. Baldwin, belongs to Ruiz.

FishbowlNY apologizes for the error.
