Brad Says He Didn’t Authorize Vanity Fair Cover Shot
Well, we know editor Graydon Carter wasn’t going to put Borat on Vanity Fair‘s December cover. And despite his penchant for swimming — and shaving — in the nude, a Sumner Redstone cover probably wouldn’t sell well, either. But according to TMZ.com, it appears Carter’s cover choice, Brad Pitt, didn’t know the shots — taken by artist Robert Wilson in September 2005 for a video project — were going to be used for the cover.
Vanity Fair says they sent Pitt a letter. Pitt’s peeps say he never saw the letter.
Judging by the sultry results, all’s well that ends well, we guess.
