Brandi Hitt Moves Over to ABC NewsOne

KTLA reporter and anchor Brandi Hitt started a new job this month. She is now a correspondent with ABC News’ affiliate service NewsOne.

“Brandi’s energy and experience will be a tremendous asset to NewsOne as we continue to help our stations and clients provide the highest quality news and information to their viewers each and every day,” ABC NewsOne vice president Al Prieto said.

Prior to KTLA, Hitt worked at Sacramento CBS station KOVR and with KMPH in Fresno. She has also been on staff with ABC affiliate KVEW in Washington state, making this July 2 jump a professional reunion of sorts.

Although Hitt will be based in LA, she is currently wrapping up two weeks of training at the ABC NewsOne New York bureau. Congrats to her on making the transition to a national news organization.
