It’s being reported that Hearst has finalized the deal with Lagardére to acquire magazines from Hachette. We’ve reached out to Hearst and are awaiting confirmation and further details.

Paul Luthringer and several other people at Hearst have denied that the deal is complete. They say that negotiations are still ongoing. We’ll keep you posted.
