Bukowski Makes for Great Tweeting

It’s before noon. But we’re going to go ahead and give tweet o’ the day honors to the LA Times Magazine‘s Sophia Kercher–and Charles Bukowski. Bukowski is one of the few authors who is clear and concise enough to work on Twitter–who can distill his entire being into a sentence or two.

We also just got back from a road trip to San Francisco. So freeway as metaphor has been on our mind. We worked up an elaborate theory on two-lane freeways as indicative of our current political system. All you assholes out there who like blocking traffic in the left-hand lane are no better than the Tea Party reactionaries. Email us and we’ll tell you all about it.
