Chris March Talks Mad Fashion

Whether crafting a Mardi Gras outfit for actress Jennifer Coolidge on Bravo’s Mad Fashion or making that “hair” dress for Project Runway, Chris March has become known for his wild, costume-like couture. In our latest Media Beat interview, he spoke with UnBeige‘s Stephanie Murg about his creative process.

“I’d say 90 percent of the time I get an idea, like, within 10 seconds of somebody telling me what their whole thing is about. And usually that flash of an idea, it’s what I always go with,” the designer and reality TV star explained. “It might change slightly, but in general that’s pretty much it. To get me to change the entire idea is pretty tough.”

And, while not even Cher herself could likely get March to divert from his vision, there is one rocker he just might compromise for. Watch the full video to find out.
