Dueling AZ Governor Spoof Videos

Last week the appointed governor of Arizona running for the office for the first time had her first televised debate. How’d it go? Well it’s all over the Internet. That’s good right? Let’s just say that in the opening statement Jan Brewer had a Rose Mary Woods erasing the tapes moment on live television. Cue YouTube spoofs.

The one above is from Andy Cobb‘s twisted mind and the Second City Channel. A nearly identical and not quite as good spoof by The Full Ginsburg sent to us this morning.

And of course, Craig Ferguson had some fun with Brewer too last week.

Of course, if Brewer hadn’t signed SB 1070, the infamous Arizona immigration bill, no one would have known who she was or watched the debate and these comedy gems wouldn’t exist. What a trade.
