Everything old is new again: Great minds think alike, Part II

Peacock Redux.jpg

Update on the NYT Biz redesign vs. WSJ great-minds-think-alike post: apparently the NYT borrowed liberally from…itself, circa April 14, 1996, and if anyone’s got a long memory, it’s the WSJ. Unless the NYT had no idea that it was borrowing from itself and thought it was borrowing from the WSJ…ouch, my head hurts. In any case, let the record stand corrected.
Thanks for the update to the folks at NewsDesigner, and for the nifty quote: “The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.” – Ecclesiastes. All we are is dust in the wind, dude.
