Finally: Dennis Sells Maxim, Stuff, Blender
The inevitable deal finally goes down: As expected Felix Dennis has sold Maxim, Stuff and Blender to Quadrangle Group, a privaty equity firm led by former Wenner Media executive Kent Brownridge, for somewhere in the neighborhood of $235 and $250 million, according to WWD. An announcement is expected later today.
Dennis is holding onto The Week and the U.K. versions of Maxim and Stuff.
