Forbes Loses Executive Editor

Melanie Wells is leaving Forbes, where she has been since 1999, to work for the PR firm DiGennaro Communications. Having written over 10 cover stories and countless other features, Wells was a prominent figure for the magazine during her time there.

Effective January 10th, Wells will be heading up a new business unit for DiGennaro. Wells said of the move, “It’s a great opportunity with a lot of potential. I’m excited for a new year and a new adventure!” We assume her new job will try to temper her use of exclamation points.
