Marston Hefner, 21, was charged with battery on a spouse and was released from jail after posting $20,000 bail. No court date has been set.
According to E! News, the police arrived at the couple’s home in Pasadena before 11 p.m. and Sinclair suffered minor injuries.
Sinclair will drop the charges if Hefner makes a public apology and attends counseling.
“I want him to admit that he did hit me more than once,” Sinclair said. ” If he can do all of that and get help, I will never press charges. That’s all that I want at this point. Playboy let me know this afternoon that he will be doing this, so I just hope they stick to their word.”
