It’s almost criminal that Jossip hasn’t received more credit by now for its practically minute-by-minute updates of Wenner Media shenanigans reported from somewhere within Jann Wenner’s own desk. In just the last eight days, the media gossip site has posted sordid exposes I mean, totally unfounded rumors about Rolling Stone photography director Jodi Peckman and her torrid affair with long gone managing editor Sid Holt, ousted publisher Steve DeLuca’s own intraoffice flings with decidedly more junior staffers (including an intern!) and Gwen Cooper’s firing three days after she signed the contract for her memoir Gypsies, Tramps & Thieves: The Memoirs of a South Beach Party Girl.
