Just in: the guy who once bought us a $60 burger is leaving our favorite newsweekly, The Week, for David Bradley‘s Atlantic Media ship:

David Bradley, chairman of Atlantic Media Company, announced today the appointment of Justin B. Smith as President of Consumer Media. Smith, former president of Dennis Publishing’s The Week, will join Atlantic Media’s executive team in September. As President of Consumer Media, Smith will oversee all aspects of Atlantic Media’s existing consumer properties, which include The Atlantic magazine, TheAtlantic.com, Atlantic Live, and the company’s investment in 02138 magazine, and 02318mag.com.

And Dennis’ counter:

Justin Smith, President of The Week, announced his departure this week. General Manager and seasoned Dennis Publishing executive Steven Kotok will take the helm.
