Lou Dobbs: My First Big Break

Midtown Manhattan is a long way from Yuma, Arizona. But for Fox Business Network anchor Lou Dobbs, that’s where it all began: at KBLU radio and TV. Dobbs left a lucrative but boring job in commercial banking for the bright lights and low pay of TV news. His starting salary was $75 a week.

But now, almost 40 years later, Dobbs credits his days in Yuma for giving him his First Big Break.
