ESPN The Mag Still Batting 1.000 on Ridiculous Celebrity Interviews
The latest fluff piece with a tenuous (at best) connection to sports: An interview with the world's most popular rapper Lil Wayne. The hook, it seems, is that a lot of Major League Baseball players use his songs as their at-bat music even though Wayne admits he's never actually been to a game, rendering the question "What does it feel like to hear your music in stadiums?" somewhat moot. (The rapper, clearly a man of many talents, answers anyway: "Unexplainable. I'm just so grateful. The feeling is like wow, man.") More insight into the wonderful world of Wayne after the jump. Off the top of your head, what would you write for Prince Fielder? What would your at-bat song be? Do you play fantasy sports? Email This Post |
