The bat hits went cold last night for the High Times Bonghitters, who lost 8-5 to Vanity Fair in media softball

The Bonghitters needed a few more hits last night, and failed to get them.

High Times dropped their first media softball game of the year, losing to Vanity Fair 8-5 last night in Central Park.

Vanity Fair won in spite of the lackluster performance by Liz Hanks — Tom Hanks' daughter — who went 0-for-3. (Though she didn't appear to cry, as her Dad was in attendance and would've almost certainly had something to say about it.)

The loss drops the Bonghitters to 6-1, who will try to "ounce" back against BusinessWeek next week.
