Chalk another one up for The Daily - they are getting the gets this Fashion Week. Today's issue also has a Jane double-team: Jane Pratt and Brandon Holley, though not together. Too bad. That would be the gettiest get ever getted. Still, we like what scribe Faran Krentcil got, including but not limited to the following:
Jane:
Jane and an entertainment-editor-who-shall-remain-nameless-but-might-have-been Jauretsi Saizarbitoria both hit on the DJ following the MTV Awards, both ended up in the limo with him and both made out with him. Details are fuzzy.
Another time, Jane agred to go on a blind date with the lead singer of the Dandy Warhols who is named Courteney but we assume is nonetheless still very manly. They then staged a photo-op in the limo wherein they made out like banshees. Being the editor of a magazine is very different from being the editor of a blog.
Regrets, she's had a few: "There have been things that have made my mom cry, and I've lost friends, but you can't say you regret it because it's all about being honest with the readers." (Aw. Mom cried? Poor Mom.)
She's cried about ten times writing her final Editor's Letter. (Aw. Poor Jane. Chin up -- see above re: no regrets.)
Next for Jane: she's signed on to do a radio show for Sirius Radio.
Brandon:
You're so Jane, you probably think "The Sound and the 
Fury" is about you: the Jane women is equally into fashion and Faulkner.
Jane-not-the-magazine-the-person has been "really awesome" and handling everything "with aplomb."
Jane's mom may stay on to give advice. Brandon's mom, not so much (she loves her mom, though).
No word on whether she'll make out with any rock stars for the feature page, but she did kiss Patrick McCarthy when he offered her the job.
Brandon has new respect for models after starring in the Photo Spread of Photo Spreads.
Faran:
Tenth grade was a very good year.
