Marie Claire's Coles On Marie Claire: 'People Are Fascinated With What Goes On'
Burgeoning Marie Claire editrix Joanna Coles, as quoted in today's New York Times on the surge of reality shows focused on behind-the-scenes action (Seventeen, Rolling Stone) at New York glossies:
"People are fascinated with what goes on," said Joanna Coles, the editor of Marie Claire, who said she has fielded requests by a half-dozen television producers.
Fascinated? Well, about behind-the-scenes of the Ashley Judd topless cover, then, yes. Otherwise, fascination is a fickle thing.
