Martha Stewart Takes Pay Cut, Still Doing Fairly Well

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia lost $56 million in 2012 and posted a net loss of $3.3 million in the first quarter of this year. In an effort to help turn things around, Martha Stewart has graciously agreed to take a pay cut.

Ad Age reports that Stewart had her salary reduced by 10 percent, down to $1.8 million. She also had her license fee snipped, taking it down to $1.7 million.

All in all, Stewart will now be making do with a paltry $3.5 million per year. Someone send that lady some canned goods.
