It’s not easy bringing a 152 year-old publication into the new millennium, but Jay Lauf and his crew at The Atlantic have already seen some early successes: the newly launched opinion news aggregator, The Atlantic Wire, and the user-generated book, The View From Your Window. While Lauf wouldn’t confirm rumors of a business news site, he did say there may be room for new editorial hires who are “very smart” and “come at their opinions honestly.”
