 OMG! Scandal! Brace yourself, kids... Good Housekeeping's "Conan O'Brien's St. Patrick's Day Stew" recipe has nothing to do with the talk show host. Sez O'Brien: "They completely made it up" and they "just grabbed the most Irish fathead they could find." He loves it, though.
