News Corp.’s ‘Attack Arm’ Takes Aim At Anderson Cooper

Well, today the page goes to town in its lead item about Fox News’ recent ad in a trade magazine calling CNN anchor Anderson Cooper “the Paris Hilton of television news. Page Six says CNN is “flummoxed” by the slam and working on a response ad for next week:

“It’s war,” a CNN insider told Page Six.

Indeed, the kind of “war” normally reserved for high school hallways, cafeterias and parking lots. In other words, cable news.
