Page Six Scoops Gawker On Times Slur
According to Page Six's scoop: Michele McNally, the Times' director of photography. Apart from the twist of the slur allegedly being used by a woman, there's also the fact that in her job, she oversees a large gay/lesbian contingent among the paper's freelancers. Just a bit awkward. Well, that and the whole New York Times "gay mafia" thing with high-profile gay figures at the paper including Richard Berke, Frank Bruni, Adam Nagourney, Stuart Elliot and Ben Brantley. Have any additional info on the new diversity workshops the Times is offering as a result? Let us know. Email This Post |
