Oprah Winfrey’s O magazine announced four hires in their editorial department yesterday.

Lauren Kern, who worked at New York magazine, most recently as editorial director, has been named executive editor.

Michelle Shih, who spent the past 10 years at Food & Wine magazine, joins O as director of digital editions and lifestyle.

Raha Naddaf is the new senior editor at O. Naddaf previously worked at GQ, mostly as an associate editor.

O also brought on board Adam Bell as managing editor. He had been with Seventeen as executive managing editor since 2007.

“I couldn’t be more thrilled with the team we’ve assembled,” O editor-in-chief Susan Casey said. “We look forward to evolving Oprah’s vision–to help readers live their best lives–in dynamic new ways.”
