Obama Girl Speaks!

Remember two weeks ago, in the pre-Palin days when everyone was so excited about Obama’s INVESCO speech and worried about how the Clintons might behave in Denver? It’s a blur to us too! Fortunately we didn’t accidentally erase the memory card on our camera.

Back in those halcyon days some of you may recall we were rooming with Rachel Sklar, Ana Marie Cox, and Obama Girl. Just as the festivities were wrapping up, and we were attempting to pack up for our Fishbowl tour of the prairie states, Amber agreed to let us interview her, and by us I mean Rachel and I — we like to call it the Obama Girl pool report except in this case the reporters/roommates outnumber the subject(s). Anyway, here’s the result, wherein Amber discusses her warm welcome from the Obama camp, her sudden fame, and how she wants to “cut” someone. After the jump.
