Michael Lohan, Lindsay Lohan's estranged father who was recently released from prison after serving time for drunk driving and attempted assault, was in a Nassau family court yesterday in an attempt to secure visitation rights from Dina Lohan for his four children. You'd think, given the circumstances, he'd spell-check his famous eldest daughter's name before issuing a statement to the press.

You'd think, but you'd be wrong:

"I look forward to order being restored to the chaos that our family life has become. Lyndsay, Michael, Ali and Cody need stability and both of their parents in their lives. I am anxious to spend time with them and end this cruel, needless separation."
