Prevention Magazine Names Margot Gilman Executive Editor
Margot Gilman is joining Prevention as the magazine’s executive editor on December 13th. Prevention’s current executive editor, Robbie Caploe, will now be executive director.
Gilman was previously deputy editor at Ladies’ Home Journal, having been with the title since 1995. She has also worked as editorial director of Hachette Filipacchi Custom Publishing, which she was instrumental in launching. Additionally, Gilman has held editorial posts at Psychology Today, Family Circle, Seventeen and McCall’s, and has been a regular guest on the Today show and other TV programs.
