Don Imus was rated number 7 in the February 2008 Talkers magazine ''Heavy Hundred'' list of America's top talk radio hosts. Imus' appearance on the list is noteworthy considering he spent nine months off of terrestrial radio in 2007 over his controversial remarks. The top ten list incudes:

1. Rush Limbaugh
2. Sean Hannity
3. Michael Savage
4. Dr. Laura Schlessinger
5. Glenn Beck
6. Laura Ingraham
7. Don Imus
8. Ed Schultz
9. Mike Gallagher
10. Neal Boortz

With the possible exceptions of Don Imus -- who is supporting Senator John McCain for President -- and Ed Schultz, eight of the top ten ''Heavy Hundred'' radio talk show hosts are politically conservative.
