Summer Reading, Happy at Last
There is a little less than two weeks left to summer(!), which might explain the lack of traffic outside our window, or, alternately, the amount of tourists on Broadway this afternoon. Basically everyone is on holiday! With that in mind we bring you (via Galley Cat) some very last minute summer reading inspiration. Sort of. Barnes and Noble has launched a new project called Moving Paragraphs in which famous authors read from their favorite books. This one is Richard Russo reading from Huck Finn (full disclosure: we never read!), the animation is directed by the great Brady Baltezore. So maybe less like summer beach reading, than summer bedtime reading when you were ten, but with better visuals.
