The Clear Channel station is running a contest that will give one lucky high school a “Power Prom,” featuring mixers DJ Envy, DJ Clue, DJ Prostyle, and DJ Self providing the soundtrack to the prom.

Students are asked to take the Knowledge is Power pledge, where they strive to be a local leader, a positive example, and to commit to bettering themselves through higher education or community service.

Those interested can download the registration form at Power1051fm.com for their principal to fill out. The next step is to actually take the Knowlege is Power online pledge and encourage friends as well. The high school that gets the highest percentage of participation will be rewarded with the Power 105.1 Power Prom.

The Knowledge is Power pledge drive runs until May 2, and principals can register their schools until April 27.
