Harvard Students Hatch Email Recall Tool

PlutoMailSlideWe’ve all been there, on the sender or recipient end. And usually, when someone quickly blasts out a second email subject-lined “John Doe Would Like to Recall the Message…”, it only leads people who previously ignored to stop and take a look at the referenced wreckage.

Per a recent Entrepreneur magazine article, Harvard Law students David Gobaud and Lindsay Lin are aiming to replace this lame rigmarole with a whole new M.O. Their idea is genius:

Entrepreneur.com Expands NYC Team

StephenJBronnerLinkedInOn the cusp of Thanksgiving last Wednesday, Talking Biz News published an internal memo from Entrepreneur magazine editorial director Ray Hennessey. The missive detailed an equal number of new hires and promotions for the publication’s growing New York-based online team.

Stephen J. Bronner (pictured) is replacing Jane Porter as a contributing editor. He joins Entrepreneur from Patch, where he was local editor of the Five Towns and Rockville Centre sites. Porter left to pursue fiction writing.

Tanya Klich, formerly with Privcap, Thomson Reuters and FOX Business Network, has been hired for the new position of data/lists editor. Another new position, editorial assistant, is to be occupied by Bryn Mawr graduate Nina Zipkin, fresh from her fellowship at The Huffington Post.
