Thanks to a jaw-dropping 20-second video grabbed by LA sports site terezowens.com, that seems to be the case.
We’re not sure what to call the pants-down, rear-exposed moves being pinned to the Jets quarterback. The New York Post has opted for ”buttfumble,” while Deadspin goes for “grand old time.” According to Yahoo’s The Post Game, we all have some San Diego woman to thank for the footage of Sanchez allegedly dirty dancing with a pair of women at a house party:
The woman who posted it on Vine and tweeted it out is Alana Kari, who was featured in this blog about San Diego nightlife talking about her job at the Voyeur nightclub… She took it down from Vine hours after posting it.
Mark Sanchez, the New York Jets’ quarterback who has hair that could make Fabio jealous, is the newest cover model for GQ. Inside the September issue, which hits newsstands next week, there’s (of course) a shirtless Sanchez, discussion of the shows he has DVR’d (“Glee,” a Justin Bieber documentary) and his love for theater:
While you’re likely to bump into other New York athletes at Scores, you’re more likely to find Sanchez at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. He’s seen just about every show out there, many of them multiple times. His truck is cluttered with cast albums. So ubiquitous is Sanchez in the theater district that he was a presenter at last year’s Tonys.
Aside from just enjoying the music, Sanchez says he feels a kinship with Broadway performers. ‘Their life is so regimented—like mine. They have eight shows a week. They have to take care of their bodies, stretch, eat right, take care of their voices. You know, their voice is like my arm.’
It’s probably not the most comforting thing for Jets fans to read, but hey, at least the guy is honest. And oh so pretty.
Los Angeles may have a tentative stadium deal. But we still don’t have a football team lined up. Rumors are we’re after the San Diego Chargers. One team we definitely won’t be getting is the New York Jets. But that isn’t stopping “ESPN 710″ KSPN-AM from putting their games on the radio. Starting next season, Angelenos will be able to hear all 16 Jets games live on the radio. KSPN execs are obviously hoping folks are still curious about the exploits of former USC star Mark Sanchez, now QB of the Jets.
“It’s an honor to be able to bring Mark Sanchez back to LA and back to his huge local fan base,” KSPN VP/General Manager Scott McCarthy said in a statement. “There is tremendous passion for the NFL here in LA, and this partnership with an elite franchise will further energize the Southland’s sizable population of football fans.”
Sounds good and all. But this Fishie would rather listen to Matt Leinart as he curses and stews while riding the bench in Houston.
