Melanie Hicken is joining CNNMoney’s personal finance team. Hicken comes to CNNMoney from Reuters, where she served as a computer-assisted reporting intern. Previously she worked at ProPublica and Business Insider.

Hicken begins at CNNMoney on December 17.
