Complex Names CRO, National Journal Promotes One

A couple Revolving Door items to note today, involving Complex and National Journal. Details are below.

    • Moksha Fitzgibbons has been promoted to chief revenue officer of Complex Media. Fitzgibbons has been with the company since 2006, most recently as executive VP. He previously worked for Complex from 2002 to 2005, before taking on a year-long role at Stuff.
    • National Journal has promoted Johanna Derlega to senior vice president, National Journal Live and advertising. She joined NJ last year.

Complex Media Bolsters Sales Team

Complex Media Network, the definitive entertainment and lifestyle portal for influential young men ages 18 to 34 have hired two new account directors in the sales department.

Luke Blaser will focus on the consumer electronics and gaming categories, while Lara Kelley oversees entertainment.

Blaser and Kelley will report to Moksha Fitzgibbons, VP of Sales.

Blaser comes to Complex from USA Today, where he served as senior director of sales and marketing for BNQT Media Group, a sports/lifestyle group of 60+ websites targeting influential 18- to 34-year-old men.

Kelley joins Complex following a stint at MTV, where she was an account executive in the sales department. She has also worked for W magazine and at URB magazines.
