The Telegraph reports that things went downhill for Bryan after a stock arrangement “unraveled” and left him owing a huge chunk of money all at once.

Bryan, who once had about $30 million to his name, was hit hard by the economic crisis and subsequently had to set up a payment program with the IRS to get back in good graces with the agency.

This must kill Wintour. She has a boyfriend who is in debt and on a payment plan! That’s something only mortals do. But hey, at least he’s making the payments on time. Or do you think Wintour is making them?
