Mel Gibson Catches a Typo-Break

The actor gets no love from the X17 blog item headline, which derisively reads: “Mel Gibson Runs His Sugar Tits Through The Scanner At LAX.”

However, in the first sentence of the third paragraph – to go along with missing mention of The Expendables - an extra “E” has been accidentally added to the word “sexist:”

X17 Issues Apology to Tony Parker, Eva Longoria

tony-parker-eva-longoria.jpgPaparazzi agency X17 issued an apology to basketball star Tony Parker for publishing 10 false stories alleging he cheated on his wife, actress Eva Longoria.

That’s nice, but the couple sued the agency for $40 million last year over the whole ordeal and no one is saying anything about what happened with that lawsuit … in other words, we’d like to know just how sorry X17 really is.

Oh. So It Wasn’t a Joke.

dfadsf.jpgWe need to get out more. Because, if we got out more, we might have seen the Atlantic on the newsstands, and then we would have known that the cover (which we got in our inboxes last week and promptly deleted) were real.

TMZ.com Gets New Digs

moving.jpgAttention celebrities (I know some of you read our site): The Associated Press of sleaze is moving closer to the Hollywood sign:

On Monday, TMZ will relocate to 8033 Sunset Blvd., Suite 875.

TMZ tells FBLA the new digs will house the TV studio for the brand’s daily half-hour show, that’s supposed to launch Sept. 10 on Fox.

Keep your eyes open for any X17 shots of Harvey hauling boxes.

Smut With A ‘Twist’: Paparazzi Driving Without A Valid License A La Paris Hilton

ParisHm.jpg

Our pals at ERSnews.com have done it again! In an exclusive, the investigative Web site asks the questions everyone else wonders but never pursues.

In its latest piece, the site exposes Ramon Leroy Kirk, better known as “Twist,” an X17 pap, whose driving record puts Paris Hilton to shame.

Starting in 1993 Kirk has been cited for driving on a suspended California driver’s license at least 9 times based on records obtained exclusively by ERS News.

Definitely a fun read. Almost makes up for the site’s horrible name.

News You Don’t Want To Miss: Tuesday RoundUp

roundup.jpgFrom the annals of “All News Is Local” come some of the top stories to hit our inbox. Well, the top stories that aren’t about 11-year-old boys shooting giant pigs:

NPR: Day to Day interviews Mia Farrow about Bush’s sanctions against Sudan. Your guess is as good as ours.

CNN: A Venezuelan TV station has been accused of trying to incite a hit on Hugo Chavez. And the Venezuelan government is none too pleased with CNN, either.

Tabloid Baby: Someone at this site is clearly in lust with someone at X17, cuz why else would they run a story like this?
