NEW York Observer owner Jared Kushner could be just weeks away from making a decision about bankrolling a free weekly newspaper in New Jersey. The plan he is mulling is expected to cost millions for a 200,000-circulation pub. … Sources have speculated that the paper would be called The Jersey Observer.
Spokesman Howard Rubenstein says a final decision will be made by late February.
