The Tweeter with a Pulitzer: Roger Ebert

pimpsatan.png

Roger Ebert being the first to win a Pulitzer for film criticism in 1975, not only raised the bar for film criticism, it also paved the way for Jonathan Gold (swoon) to win the prize for food writing.

Now the trailblazing wordsmith is doing the same for Twitter. He offers a blend of original content, retweets and self-pimping. Mostly it’s like peeking into a notepad of a writer with a brilliant sense of humor directed at himself and the world plus decades of passion for film.

The post he’s referring to is here. It’s in response to the profile in Esquire about him this month.
