The Webby Debates Reveal Both Sides Of The Paywall

What do you get when you pit editors of rival newspapers against one another?  That’s what the Webby Awards sought to find out today during their debut installment of the Webby Debates. Financial Times managing editor Robert Shrimsley took on Guardian editor Janine Gibson in a spirited discussion over the pros and cons of digital paywalls.  The debate was filmed at The Hospital Club in London and FBNY is fortunate enough to have some clips from a verbal sparring match in which neither side pulled any punches.
