More revolving door news at Vogue. Per the release: Diego Scotti has been named Executive Director, Marketing of Vogue. The announcement was made today by Thomas A. Florio, Senior Vice President-Group Publisher of Vogue. Mr. Scotti's appointment is effective immediately. He will report to Mr. Florio as a member of Vogue's management team.

Most recently, Mr. Scotti was an Executive Director of Integrated Marketing for the Conde Nast Media Group. He first joined Conde Nast as Associate Publisher, Marketing of Men's Vogue. Prior to that, Mr. Scotti was Vice President -- Head, Global Advertising & Agency Relations for American Express. During his 15 years at the financial services company, Mr. Scotti held a variety of positions in marketing, communications, sales and business development for both the Consumer and Merchant sides of the business. He started his career at American Express in his native Argentina where he was responsible for launching several innovative new products across the region, such as the Blue card, and various airline co-brands. Mr. Scotti's other key accomplishments include building a global team of 30 communications professionals and the worldwide launch of two American Express advertising campaigns including "My Life. My Card." and "Are You A Card Member?"

Mr. Scotti earned his Bachelor of Arts honors degree in Advertising & Marketing Communications from the University of Management and Social Sciences in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Advertising Club of New York since 2003, is a member of the International Advertising Association, and is a regular presenter and panelist at industry forums. He resides in New York City.
