A.J. Daulerio, the former editor of Gawker Media gambling blog Oddjack, is back at that particular blog consortium. Daulerio, who was previously working at Philadelphia magazine, has just been hired as the new Senior Writer at GM blog Deadspin — which, of course, he wrote for in the past.

Just think of it as one big media merry-go-round. I mean, it kind of is one really. But what does being a Senior Writer entail? As the man himself puts it:

"What this role will actually entail has yet to be determined. We're hoping to have something hammered out over the next couple weeks so we don't confuse you, have duplicate posting or inundate you with nonsensical, image-oriented items of me reading porn mid-defecation."
