TheWeek.com Bolsters its Columnist Roster

theweek01.29.09.pngNews publications around the country are fighting tooth and nail on the Web to stay relevant (and alive). First, The Atlantic started aggressively expanding its Web presence. Then, The Nation bought a blog or two, and U.S. News announced it would launch a digital newsweekly.

Now, The Week is bringing on six new online op-ed columnists: Brad Delong, Will Wilkinson, Tish Durkin, James Gibney, Daniel Larison and Francis Wilkinson. The group will pen articles for TheWeek.com’s “Bullpen, which will be updated daily.

Let the arms race continue.
